My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to carve a turkey. On the other side I'm going to switch sides here, I'm going to make my same cut that I made last time. This side is going to be the hard side for me to cut because I am right handed so I'm going to have to cut across myself which is a little awkward. Usually this is the side that ends up being uglier for that very reason. But who cares what it looks like as long as it taste good, right? I'm leaving the skin on on these pieces like I said earlier that is really in my opinion are the best parts. Also I'm taking the long even strokes when I cut it, I'm doing this hacksaw thing and I'm just, kind of tears it up, one more good piece of this side I think. See I got a little close and that is all we are going to get out of the turkey breast which is a ton.
