How to Carve a Turkey's Right Wing

My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of expert village. Today I'm going to show you how to carve a turkey. Here we go, the other wing, same thing. We're just going to kind of pull it up from right here and just kind of slicing up under the arm pit. And if you can get up in there you can actually begin to see the socket, take your knife stick it in there twist it, and we're going to slice through here and the idea here is to try not to take too much off of this part. This is your breast, we're going to slice this differently. So here is the turkey wing, same thing just right through that bottom joint, same useless piece of turkey meat right there on the end. Take our knife try to work through this, something I see that I find abhorrent is people that throw away the turkey skin, seriously people that is like one of the best parts, what's wrong with you? Alright so we'll scrape all of that off and set aside, here's our little pile. This one might come off a little more cleanly than the other one, we'll see, pretty much the same. I'm just inserting my knife in there and just running it right down. Trying to get it under the skin a little bit. You know the same thing watch out for grissle or small bones, in this part. Notice I'm trying to only use one hand to try and do all of that and using the other one hand to hold the knife because I don't want to have a greasy hand on a knife because that would be a bad, bad, bad situation because that means it would be that much easier to slip and cut myself or cut something else. I'm just going to take some tongs here and move all of that over to this other plate that I've got set up. And the next thing we are going to do is start working on those breasts.
