My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to carve a turkey. Alright so once again we're going to turn our turkey around. We're going to go right here in this little mark where the leg starts to kind of go into the skin, just let our knife kind of fall in there. And then what we're going to do, we are going to just kind of give it a tug. See if we can get it to pull away just enough to get our tip of the knife in there. This turkey is still very hot inside so I think I might need to be a little more careful with it this next time. And I just kind of pull it away, I felt the hip joint pop. Now whether or not it is out of socket like I need it to be we shall see. At this point it might benefit me to move my turkey a little bit. This side is not going to go nearly as easily as the other side so. And also the other this is carving the left hand side of the turkey if you are right handed is intrinsically more difficult due to the fact you're backward.
