The last floor exercise. So these are called crunches it is to help build up abs for you. We're going to lay down and you are going to come up but only half way, go down, and up, and up, and up, again. To make it harder and to form different parts of your abs, the lower stomach, I want you to bring your legs up, cross them and you just do the same exact thing but with your legs crossed. Another way to work your abs, I want you to cross the right leg over the left leg, twist your body and come up and leave the right hand straight out and up and up and up, again, switch and do the same exact thing on the right side and these are certain ways to do crunches.
