Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. You'll start at the top of the line here an I'll trace to cut my start out to just a little bit inside of the last star, and i started at the top of this line and ended at the top of this line. You have to press down pretty hard to cut threw the card stock and then you go to the other side and start at the bottom of the line here and we will end at bottom of the line and again then you would wont to take your scissor and just crease not cutting it, just to indent a little bit on the lines we have not cut, to help us to fold it, and we twisted that, an twist this one out also, now it does get stuck a little bit at any corners, that you would wont to make sure you loosening it all around. Its important to go ahead an pre-crease it, so that when your recipient receives it, an they can pick it up an fold it out and it would already be creased, and know what I would do here is use a jell pen to write your message, and you can decorate with stickers and you can write your note all the way around the design in going all the way around in a circle an a spiral so you would have a great little message, an when you pop it out you have a very nice gift, to place to cord on top, just take your knife an put a little bit of a hole in there and what I would do is make a figure eight knot, so , you come down make a little eight an pull that threw, an give you a good knot, an then we will push it threw our hole with the tip of the knife and that will fit into an envelope nicely and they can hang it up and just remember to give the instruction to pop out all those pretty star. That is a cute gift, a card, all in one.
