Beat Egg Whites for Pumpernickel Bread
Hi my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are making pumpernickel bread. It is now time to prepare the egg whites. While we are waiting for this last raising to happen we need to go ahead and make our egg white. To do that start with a tablespoon of water and then separate the white of the egg from the yellow. Like so. Then beat, set the egg aside and make sure you have some curred seeds handy. What we are going to do is we are going to take and brush out egg white on top of the bread and then we would sprinkle with these curred seeds.
