Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and I'm Taylor Glover and on behalf of Expert Village we are here to show you a chicken and sausage jambalaya. We got our shrimp in, let them sit in there for about five minutes to get a little pinkish color. Now we want to add the final ingredients; that is our parsley and our green onion tops. Just sprinkle that in and scrap, give it a little mix, get that spread out through our dish. Add a little fresh flavor to the overall dish plus that bright green color. How does it look Taylor? How does it taste Taylor? She has been tasting the whole time. You can see our shrimp has gotten that pinkish color on them so get all this mixed together, we'll put the top on it and turn the heat off. Let it sit for about ten minutes and it's ready to go. So we got all that mixed together there, put the top on turn the heat off, let it sit here for about ten minutes and we'll be ready to go, see you at the next step.
