MARCEL LEIGH: All right, summing up what we did in this last session. We're going to focus again on spinal twist. I would like to tell you the benefits, very wonderful benefits. When you are twisting, I want you to notice what's happening. You are working on your digestive system. What happens is as you breathe, your breath acts as a cleansing agent when you move your body. So breathing deeply, twisting, not only are you strengthening the oblique muscles and the abdominals, but you are definitely working on the digestive system. All right, coming back. All right. Another side. Squeezing the abs, remembering, sitting up tall, breathing deeply. Breath is a cleansing agent. So remembering this [INDISCERNIBLE] everything that we've done, the deeper you breath, the healthier you are. So remember, it's mat, close breathing, through the muscle and back of the throat, sitting up nice and tall, shoulders up, back and down back, close your eyes. Let's all breath together.
