How to Transition to Other Side in Hatha Yoga

MARCEL LEIGH: Now, we will go to the other side. So releasing your hand, keeping the knees and ankles together. Now, as you roll center, it's very important, chin down, back of the waist is pressed to the floor. Knees are going to fall to the opposite direction. Now, just let them fall, head opposite and deep breath. All right. Let's roll back to the center. Chin down, rolling the back of the hips on the floor. Here, we are back to the center. And let's just take our knees, hug them in, lift the head for a little stretch and breathe.
