MARCEL LEIGH: Shoulders up, back, down back, raise up, reach forward, give a good stretch, relax, breathe. All right, come on back up. Okay. Another variation of spinal twist. Okay. We're going to bring one knee up and cross. We're going to hold here and lift. We're going to reach the arms front taking hold of the opposite wrist of the knee that is up, leaning forward. There we go. Hook that knee, hook, hook, hook the elbow, lift, look behind you and breathe. Turning the head, we're going to stretch to the other side from here. So turning around, arm long by your leg. This arm reaches around straight into your spine, lift, look behind you opposite and breathe. Come back around, center, forward bend before we go to the other side. Coming up and open, knee up and across. Hold, lift, stretching arms front opposite wrist of the knee that's up, lean chest forward, hook the elbow in the knee, pull the knee to the chest, lift, look behind you and breathe. Turning the head, let your head look way over the opposite shoulder, turning torso to the opposite side, lift, breathe. Turning the head center, stretching this foot out, reaching up and forward and deep breath.
