How to Do Leg Twists in Hatha Yoga

MARCEL LEIGH: All right, opposite leg, shoulders up, back, down back, bring the opposite knee up. Now, when you bring that knee up, right by your knee is your arch. Toe in, knee up, hold. Straighten your spine, breathe. Stretch your arms out. Once again, opposite wrist of the knee that's up, leaning forward, hook that elbow in the knee, lift, look behind you and breathe. Turning the head back around, coming back to the center, stretching both feet out. Let's do a forward bend. Reaching up, reaching forward and nice deep breaths.
