MARCEL LEIGH: Here we go. Stretching this arm up over the head, elbow in, reaching way up, up, up, up, up, up, looking up, pressing opposite hip to the floor, relax, breathe. And on your exhalation, allow your stretch to get deeper and deeper. And coming up slowly, other side, fingers face front. This arm by your ear, shoulder in, stretching to the side and breathe. Enjoy your stretch, enjoy your breath and come on back up to here. All right, I think it's time we bring the feet together and give them a little shake. How are you doing? Good?
