MARCEL LEIGH: All right, continuing on with this wonderful forward bends strengthening the spine. From this position, keeping your spine lifted and arched, we're going to bring the fingers in front. So all you want to do is touch your fingers, arch and breathe. Now, position of your legs, your knees face up, your toes point in, and that's to strengthen your quadriceps and continue to stretch out the backs of the legs as we stretch up the spine. So here we are knees up, toes in and arch. Okay? Remember, if you're like this, all you need to do is lift and drop the shoulders down and breathe. From here, we're going to walk the fingers out, just a little bit. Now, if you don't go very far, that's fine. You just do the best you can. From this position, we're going to stretch the hands down, just a little bit, and keep the spine lifted. From this position, we're going to walk the hands out a little bit more. I need to open my legs a little bit more. Keep walking out, keep walking out, keep walking out as far as you can. Bring elbows done and eventually you want to get your chin down to the floor. So you have--you know how elongated your spine is right now? Stretching it out, big stretch and breathe. Coming back up, all the way back up. Okay, sitting nice and tall, close your eyes and breathe.
