MARCEL LEIGH: Here we go, more stretching, more forward bend. Isn't this fun? All right. Now, we bend forward, straight ahead. What we're going to do is we're going to get a nice, wide stretch. So we stretch inner thighs, okay? And hips and psoas muscle. So from here, we're going to bring the knees up just like we did before. This time, we open the knees up and we take one toe, we take the other toe. All right? Now, my spine is rounded now, but I'm slowly going to arch it as I stretch the feet open, so same thing. Open, open, open, open, don't let go, open, open, open, and now we're going to press open, don't let go of those toes, and arch and breathe. You want to open as much as you can, arch, lift, okay? Now, if you're doing this, you're rounding. Rounding we do not do in forward bends. Arch and lift and breathe. Eventually, you want to be able to get your chest down to the floor, okay? So we'll start to slow these forward bends, okay? Here we are, breathe, straight spine.
