MARCEL LEIGH: Hello! Marcel Leigh, again, from Expert Village. We have our fourth session today. Okay. Summing up what we've done in the other three, all right, basics in every pose and every position we do: breathing, posture and alignment. All right? Let's just do that real quick. All right? Nice, tall spine, shoulders up, back and down, nice deep breaths. And now, we're going to be moving into this next series of forward bends. All right? And we're going to be doing roll ups and roll downs which will help strengthen the abdominals. We will end with a nice little relaxation lying on the floor. So are you ready to begin? Okay.
