Hi! I am Nili Nathan with Great Healing Getaways. I have a TV show and a website where I write and research on Holistic Health. Today we are talking about aromatherapy and how you can use aromatherapy everyday. I want to show you a recipe formula for easing a cough throughout the day that you can easily make at home. You will need to start off with your carrier oil, which could be either almond or grape seed and you will want to put four teaspoons of the carrier oil. I am using grapeseed in this demonstration and then you will drop in two drops of eucalyptus, 100% pure essential oil of eucalyptus. This one does not need a dropper so I will just shake in two drops and then my lavender oil, this is of course 100% pure essential oil of lavender, two drops right into your mixture. Always close it tightly, mix it with a wooden spoon and then what you want to do is you can dip your fingers into this and apply it to your chest carefully, a little bit on your chest and all in your throat area and make sure to keep your eyes closed because you may feel that in your eyes and this will be enough to use several times throughout the day. Just start off with a little bit and see how your body reacts and you can always add a little bit more probably like 3 or 4 times a day.
