How to Prepare Hair for Blow Drying

Hi I am Veronyka Bass of Veronyka's Color Salon and Day Spa and on behalf of Expert Village we are here today to learn about hairstyles. We are done with the trimming and the shaping and Angelina already had hers shaped and she is just maintaining her style. We went ahead and trimmed it at a 45 degree angle and went ahead and framed it a little bit and gave her a little bit of side bangs because she has more of an oval face so this is going to be the right size and we are going to blow dry it with the right product to give her a little bit of volume. I am going to put a leave in conditioning gel because she just got a chemical treatment so this will help her hair stay smooth and hydrated at the same time because when the hair has been treated the first day it is always going to feel a little drier than normal until the PH balance gets back to normal which is usually between 24 to 48 hours depending on how coarse the hair is.
