On behalf of Expert Village I'm Emily DeCola in Puppet Kitchen in New York City. Today we are going to talk about theatrical mask. Different masks really do read differently on different people. I always keep when I'm starting to play with a mask or doing the mask workshop in addition to keep a lot of masks on hand and a big mirror. I also keep a lot of props because mask characters love to interact with the rest of the world. So there is usually a pile of smocks somewhere in my studio or whatever rehearsal stage that we are in. So the performers can play in props as the mask characters.
