How to Use Facial Scrubs

You want to find a good scrub, most of the time it’s made out of the core from the peach; that big seed they grind that up and that’s good to use. But you find one that is good for you to use, good for your skin. And you want to get your scrub, put a little bit of water in there so it smooths over the skin a little bit easier. And just place your product on the face and just again work in a circular motion. Be careful on your lips; that are a little sensitive area. And when you get to the nose it’s ok to just use a couple of fingers you don’t have to use your whole hand. And make sure to get the tip of your nose. And then, if you have any scrub brushes which you can get at the grocery store (you can pretty much find these anywhere). It’s just a little soft bristly brush. Put a little bit of water on there and then just scrub the skin. This just helps to penetrate the scrub and to loosen up any dead skin cells on the skin; and it’s a little bit more abrasive than your finger tips. But if you have sensitive skin then I do not suggest using any type of scrub, most scrubs will irritate your skin. Now that we’ve gotten our good scrub we’re just going to wipe the scrub off just like we did the cleanser. You can do this at home; you can do this one to two times a week. You don’t want to exfoliate too much because then your skin spends too much time trying to heal itself and balance back again. And this is just a good procedure to do if you have oily skin. But like I said you don’t want to exfoliate too much and you don’t want to over cleanse your skin to where you strip all the oil. Because then your skin will create excess oil trying to replace the oil that was stripped.
