Hi! I am Nili Nathan; I have a website and TV show called Great Healing Getaways. I write, research and produce on subjects of Holistic Health from around the world. Today we are talking about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products right in your own home. One of the most popular essential oil is lavender. Lavender is most commonly known for its calming effect. Some people just inhale the scent and immediately feel its calming effect. I find that you either love lavender or you hate lavender but trust your nose to determine if it is right for you. But besides the calming effect it has a lot of other healing abilities such as it has been known to treat depression and a lot of massage therapists use it in their blends, in their massage oil blends, to relax the muscles. It also heals acne and sunburns. If you want to try lavender oil you might just run a warm bath and before your enter your bath put a few drops, start of with three drops, three little drops in the water and swirl the water around before you get in.
Nili, I so appreciate what you are presenting here about essential oils. The oils are so small in molecular size that they penetrate quickly and easily for fast relief. They are very effective! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
