Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to shape the cookie. This batter is a little bit less sticky than the other batter that we just did of the chocolate chunks. You can see it is not as sticky but you should always have a side of a little bowl with little water if you see if it is getting too sticky and it is hard for you to work with. You can leave it in the refrigerator for a hour and a half and then make/shape the cookies. But it is not as sticky as the other one and it is possible to work without water. So we just take some in our hands. The size again depends on you again if you like this bigger you can make them bigger. Smaller for the kids the little kids. Usually little kids like little things so you can make them smaller. As you can see my hands start to get a little bit sticky so I'm just going to clean them up in the water and continue shaping. We are going to bake them at 350 for again 10-12 minutes. We are going to place them in the oven to get ready.
