Add Chocolate to Dry Ingredients for Making Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix the dry ingredients with the wet. If you remember we have 1/2 if this gets to stick, we have 1/2 of cup of flour here to add to the mixture. But it is better to put 4 1/2 and then to add the batter too thick and hard to work with. As you can see, I think we don't need this half a cup. Now we are going to add the last ingredient to the batter which is the chocolate chunks. 14 ounces of chocolate chunks. If you don't have chocolate and you want to put chocolate chips, that is fine to. Those cookies are good without chocolate at all. If you think it is too chocolate, you can drop the chocolate and put instead nuts or just leave them plain without anything inside. Here is our batter ready to be shaped.
