Hip Isolation Stretches for Jazz Dancing

Hip isolations, we're going to make sure again our feet are in parallel second; that means your toes are straight ahead. We're going to demi plie; bending the knees from here, your jazz hands are down; lift up the upper body, the hips are going to move to the right; then you come back to center, to the left and to center; to the right and to center, to the left. Now we're going to take our pelvic and push it forward; forward and come back to your center position, release it back and center; to the front, come back to center and release back and center. Now we're going to move in each direction; right take it back, to the left; to the front. Again and right take it back, to the left and forward. Now we're going to roll the hips around; 1 2 3 and center release 2 3 and 4 roll one, 2 3 and 4 release 5 6 7 and center.
