Rib Cage Isolation Stretches for Jazz Dancing

Rib cage isolations; again we're going to make sure that our feet are in a parallel second position wide stance, we're going to place out hands on our waists and we're going to lift up the upper body. Rib cage is going to move to the right then you come back to your center and to the left and center; always lifting up right and center to the left. Now we're going to take our rib cage to the front, forward and we come back to center; we take it back and center, again forward and center; now take it back. Now we're going to move it in each direction to the right side; take it back, to the left and for; reverse it, left take it back and right to the center. Now we're going to take it around the world; 1 2 3 and 4 reverse, 5 6 7 and 8. Again, 1 2 3 and 4 reverse; 5 6 7 center on 8 and hold, arms down.
