Hi I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we'll be discussing artifacts from Magic the Gathering. Now we're going to go over Darksteel pendant. Darksteel pendant is another powerful artifact. Using darksteel pendant is a powerful artifact is because it costs you only two to put out and again it's cheap, it's turn two, and it comes with a really really unique ability and the unique ability on it is, darksteel pendant is indestructible. What this means is that destroy effects and lethal damage don't destroy it. Once again it is not a creature so lethal damage does not apply, however, what it does mean is you can't destroy this artifact. The only way that you can deal with this artifact is to remove it from the game. Once again, it's an artifact so you can't destroy it and lethal damage does not apply and there will be no combat damage because this is not a blocker or attacker. So the only way to get rid of this artifact is through remove from game. And it's also beneficial because it has an ability that's one and and a tap and look at the top card of your library and you may put that card on the bottom of your library. So it allows you to cycle through the cards you want from your library, which makes it a powerful card.
