Overview of Lying Down Poses in Hatha Yoga

MARCELLE LEE: All right, I want you to take notice. Since the beginning of our sessions, okay, each posture was flowing into another posture. And this is very important to continue breathing, stretching, relaxation throughout everything that we do. In this last session, we focused a lot on the spine, stretching the spine, stretching the quadriceps, and very, very importantly, notice how you bring the three important basics into every stretch, everything you do. So, next session coming up would be very, very exciting, because what we're going to concentrate on is forward-bends. Very, very important because we are going to lengthen our spine, you will not believe how tall you will be able to feel, all right. These are so important. So I look forward to seeing you next time. This is Marcelle Lee from Expert Village.
