MARCELLE LEE: All right, sitting nice and tall, close your eyes, breathe, shoulders up, shoulders back, shoulders down back, deep, deep yoga breath. Now, it's real important, I want you to close your eyes, and I want you to go inside and see what's going on. I want you to feel the root of your spine. The root, from that root, from that center, okay. From that center, I want you to feel as if there's a string right in the center, and it's pulling you up, up, up, up, up. Good, very good. Keeping your spine nice and straight, your shoulders are down, breathe. This time moving only your head and your breath, dropping the head front, take a deep breath, taking the head center and back, taking the head center, and draw of the ear to the shoulders, just a little movement. Keep your shoulders still. Other side. Good. Coming back to the center, and just turn your head. Look behind you, look over your shoulder and breathe. Other side. And back around to the front. How do you feel? I bet you feel great by now.
