Knee Stretch From Lying Down Pose in Hatha Yoga

MARCELLE LEE: Rolling side up, pressing all the way up, stretching all the way back. Once again, drop the shoulders, opening the arms up, very good. One foot front. All right, now we're going to move into a little different stretch. Fist to the floor. Now we're just going to turn this foot in, stretch the other one back on a diagonal, ooh, good and breathe. Remembering knee problems, any other problems, please don't do, ask your physician, okay. Just relax, and do it, and modify. If something hurts, just don't do it as much, okay? I want you to enjoy this. So, from this position, we're going to to take elbows down, and just stretch, stretch, stretch, stretch. Good. All right, coming back up, pose of child, round, pull all the way up to the other side, to here, to here, here. All right, and bringing this foot on a diagonal, sliding this one back, elbows to the floor, deep breath. This time, come on onto your hip. We're going to come up to a seated position, coming all the way around to the front. I think it's time we stretch out the neck and the shoulders, so here we are.
