Moving Into Childs Pose in Hatha Yoga

MARCELLE LEE: Alright, continuing. Come on back up. Let's do our shoulders. Up, back and down back. Open the knees up underneath the hips. Stretching back. Nice, deep breath, opening the chest up, keep breathing. Coming up, opening the arms up, opposite foot front. We're going to take this lunge into another position. Chest down, fists down. Alright, let's come back into that lunge. Elongate the leg. Breathe. Now all we're going to do is pick the hips up, straighten both legs; pick the--pull the hips back, front toe up, stretching your chest down and deep breath. Front toe down, bending the knee, cutting back into your pose of the child for the other side.
