MARCELLE LEE: All right, let's continue on. From this position, toes curled under. All you're going to do is stay on your elbows, press your hips up, stretch your heels down, stretch your nose to the floor, abdominals in, and breathe. Now, checking how you're going to be shape like a triangle position. Okay, checking that triangle position, and breathing. This is strengthening the upper arms, stretching out the entire body, from the heels all the way up to the tip of the spine. From the tip of the spine, all the way up to the top of the head. And resting, coming back to the knees, pulling back, knees apart, toes together, top of the head to the floor, arms behind you, and rest. You may want to shake out your arms, shake out your shoulders. Nice deep breathes. Relax, give a sigh...aaaaah.
