Raising Up from Lying Down Pose in Hatha Yoga

MARCELLE LEE: All right, moving right into the next position. Pressing the chest up, elbows in front of the chest, very good. Now, picking the hips up, bringing the knees in. All right, coming into a completely different position. Now, this next position, once again, is a very good stretch for the entire spine. So take a look. Watch first. Elbows and hands open wide. From this position curl your toes under. Yeah, and just press back. Let's stretch out the [SOUNDS LIKE] warms of those feet, stretching back, back, back, back, and breathing.
