Return to Childs Pose in Hatha Yoga

MARCELLE LEE: All right, let's give our back a little break, and rest. So, let's come back into the pose of the child by bringing the knees up, and in, toes together, knees apart, pulling the hips back, top of the head to the floor, arms behind you, and rest. All right, stretching arms front, pressing up, we're going to come back down to the floor, just like we did before. Chin down, arms stretched out. Now, we're going to lift the hips up, and come forward, stretch the legs back, lift the feet and open. Stretch the arms back and open. Grabbing one ankle, grabbing the other ankle, and lift. Now, you're not pulling your heels toward your hips, you're pulling up and away. And release and rest.
