Stretching Backwards Lying Down Poses in Hatha Yoga

MARCELLE LEE: Continuing from the last position, we're going to turn the hip center, and we are going to squeeze the heels together, press the pelvis to the floor, stretch the arms up, bend the elbows, clasp your hands and stretch those arms up, up, up, up, up, bring the head up, bring the chest up, bring the feet up, and breathe. Now, it's real important, what are you doing with your neck and your head, okay. Your neck is just an extension of your spine. It's not down, it's not up, just a very nice extension. Feel we're stretching. Feel we're strengthening. Nice deep breath. And rest.
