How to Make Whipped Cream for Bread Pudding

CHEF BLONDIE: So, our bread pudding is ready. So, we're going to just whip up a little bit of whip cream. And I have a chilled bowl and cold whip cream. We don't need too much. And I'm not sweetening this because there's enough sweetness in the bread pudding. We just want to get this nice and fluffy. And start out a little slow so you don't spilt--so your splatter doesn't--your whip cream doesn't splatter all over your face. So we are just about there. You can see the whip cream. I've only done a little bit for our plating, but you can see this is about perfect. Slow that down. Yeah, that's nice and stiff. Take this out. Anybody want to lick the whipped cream. Okay, we're going to grab our pudding out of the oven. Let me grab my glove. This has cooled down, but it's still a bit warm. All right. And I let this sit for about 20 minutes, so it could set up. Yeah. Set this over here. I'm going to take a little bit of powdered sugar. And just dab a little bit of that on the top. 'Cause everything is better with a little bit of powdered sugar, and our whipped cream. Now you could pipe this into a little bag, but I think just kind of off the side like this, is really pretty. And a little bit of mint on the top.
