"MARCEL LEE: Okay. So, continuing on with the end of the warrior positions. Now, you can apply everything that we did in you daily life, okay? Meaning posture and alignment standing, tuck up center, shoulders up back down back, walk. Very good. Now, for stretching. Big, big, big, stretches, you know, you sit in a chair maybe at work and you feel all cramped or something, so all you want to do is step back on the chair, stand up, feet underneath the hips. Good. Tuck the hips under, shoulders up, back, down back. And now you want to stretch, nice stretches. You want to open your arms up. Good. Open the feet up. You have enough room for this at work? I bet you do. Okay. Turn the foot out, look, reach, big stretch, big breath. Come back, turn the foot in, other side, reach, turn the foot in, come back. Give yourself a little shake, boy, take some nice deep breaths. And now you can return to your chair or continue on with the rest of your day. This is Marcel Lee from Expert Village. I hope to see you next time for some more invigorating exercises to help relax, strengthen you, calming your mind, your body, yourself. Thank you."
