"MARCELLE LEE: Okay, continuing the end of the standing poses, I am going to show you a wonderful way to get up from the floor without being clumsy or hurting your spine or any part of the body. So we'll start from here, to here. Okay, remember when we're down, what we're going to do is walk the hands front, both feet face front. We're going to bend at the knees. Now if anybody has back problems whatsoever, you always want to get your hands on the tops of your knees, okay, when you're in this position. What we're going to do is around, we're going to bring the chin to the chest. Now as we roll up, I am squeezing abdominals. Rolling up, up, up, up, up. Notice how my head is last to come up. My head comes up, my shoulders come up, my shoulders go back, they go down back. Dropping the head and breathe."
