"MARCELLE LEE: Continuing the warrior poses. We're going to open the arms up, open the feet up, nice and wide once again, three feet or more, okay. Turning one foot out, looking at your fingers, reaching the ribcage, bending that knee. This time, elbow to the knee, reaching this arm up. We're going to work into a backward spinal twist. So we'll take this arm, we reach it all the way around, around our waist. Now it's up to us how much or little we'll stretch. So I'm going to use my body for leverage, watch, and I twist it and I look up at the ceiling, abs are in and breathing. Working into the obliques, strengthening the abdominals at the same time. Reaching this arm back up, pressing back up--now pressing back up, use your quadricep muscle to press up, good. Turn this foot in, drop the arms, shoulders up, back and down back and open the arms up, turn the opposite foot out, looking over your fingers, reaching the ribcage, bending the knee, elbow to the knee, reaching this arm up, reaching this arm up back and around. Reach around. See if you can get your fingers even to touch the top of your thigh. Looking back, breathe. Coming back out of the pose, reaching, use your quadricep muscle to press up, press up--oh, that feels good, straighten the leg, open the arms, toe points in, step together and shake out. Good, you're doing great, very good."
