"MARCELLE LEE: Starting with feet underneath the hips, tucking the hips under, taking shoulders way up, way back, and down back. One thing when you do tuck your hips under, I want you to squeeze your abdominals and use them. I want you to squeeze your buttocks muscles and use them as well. Okay, so here we are. Shoulders up, back and down back. Now the hip, I see a lot of this. People walking around like this, or like this, or head off-balance. And so, this is the way to keep your spine lifted, growing tall and straight, okay? Shoulders up, back, down, back. Now, what you want to do with your head is chin is down just a little bit. And your gaze, you're focusing at that six or seven feet in front of you. So, you're not here. You're not here. You're not looking down. Chin is down, which straightens the back of your neck. It actually brings your spine into alignment right up through your neck, and right up through to the top of your head, okay."
