"MARCEL LEE: Okay, working up into the torso area. But let's start, okay? I want you to get ready, okay? Stand with your feet directly underneath the hips. Look down. Move a little forward. Move a little back. Come back to your center. Close your eyes and feel. Okay. Now, one hand abdominals, one hand lower back and tilt. There we are. For the next part of alignment and posture in the standing position, we're going to bring the shoulders way up to the ears. We're going to bring them way back and down back, just as we did in the seeded alignment and posture. Okay, let me do this again. Shoulders go way up, they go way back and they go down back, all right? Starting from the feet, feet underneath the hips, tuck the hips under, shoulders go way up, they go way back and they go down back. Now close your eyes. I want you to feel what that feels like. May feel a little strange at first, okay? But as you get used to it, you will find much, much better alignment and posture which will bring bigger things to your life."
