"MARCEL LEE: Now we will continue with moving the posture and the alignment and the balance up through the waist. So, I would like you to watch this. I'm going to turn to the side, so you can get a very good idea of this next part of posture. Now, from your hips to your waist is the next movement. This is very, very important. So you want to just start by placing your hand right in the abdominals, your other hand in your lower back. Okay, this is your lower back. You notice how it swerves out. Okay. I want to show you, and a lot of people stand like this, okay? So, however you stand, all I want you to do is, hold here, hold here and just tuck those hips under. So there is no other movement. The movement is from the waist to the hips, okay? Regular and abdominals and lower back. Now watch, very subtle movement, okay."
