Now we will go over, briefly, what we learned today which is lying down, breathing, posture and alignment. Now use that when you want to relax. Even before going to sleep at night, lie in your bed, assume your yoga alignment pose, breath and in no time, I think you'll be sleeping. And as far as the seated posture is, please do this whenever you are sitting down. If you have a straight back chair that will help definitely for your spine to grow straighter rather than round.
