Shoulders up, down back, squeeze Abs in and up, find your center. take your nice deep breath. Reaching your hand over your foot, other arm by your ear. reaching over, over, over. Now, don't force your body. Breath. Ok, listen this is the deep breath.. Now I want you to watch; very subtly, my body is moving on my exhalations. So i want to make my exhalations a little bit longer than my inhalations. And that?s when your body is in yoga. So watch.
