We completed one part of the yoga breath. And that was the movement your body makes as your inhaling up and exhaling down. Now, what are you doing up here? Ok?. Lets figure it out. Now most of us breath like this; or . What happens when you open your mouth and you breath, you are definitely inhaling a lot of poisons and toxins and pollutants into the body. So the yoga breath is a breath with your mouth closed. So this is called mouth closed breathing. Now, the breath comes from a muscle in back of your throat. So you do not have to breath like this...at all. What happens is the air will pass very freely, very gently, in and out of the nostrils. As you will feel, it feels quite wonderful. Now the other thing is, is that the breath can make a noise. And the deeper you breath and the louder this noise, the more relaxed you'll get. In yoga we don't make the noise so loud as you will see. We will be going into it at a further clip. So listen and watch.
