Ok, let me break down the breath for you. First part of the breath is taken in in the abdominals, lower abdominals. So what you can do is lie down. Place your tallest fingers touching right on your lower abdominals. So actually, you have these fingers right here on your belly button. Now this is what happens when you take that first breath. As you inhale your going to expand the abdominals. Ok this is mouth closed breathing. I want to explain that to you next. As you start, watch. Instead of drawing in the abdominals, I'm going to inhale and pop them out. Watch. Ok, did you get that? Alright, now the next part of the breath moves up to the ribcage. Looks like this. Placing my tallest fingers touching in my ribcage. Now I'm going to start the breath here, pop it out, like I just demonstrated. Now watch what happens as I draw it up. My fingers came apart because I expanded my ribcage. Let me do that again for you. Ok give it a try this time. Ok, did you see that ribcage expanding, and then let it go. Now we'll take the breath up into the chest. And you will see. I want you to just place one hand on your chest and watch as my chest expands. So did you see that? The chest totally expanded. Now let me show now the whole movement. You can lie down and give it a try or you can watch again.
