I'd like you to lie down and see if you can join me with this breathing. First watch once and then and see how good this feels. I do want to explain it to you just a little bit. The first part of your breath is going to be inhaled down here in your lower abdominals. You will be then moving the breath up and into the ribcage. You will be continually moving the breath up and into the chest. Holding for one split second and then exhaling the breath down in reverse. So the air leaves the chest, it leaves the abdominal, and it leaves the ribcage, it moves the abdominals and you push all air out. And then you begin again, so this is not in and out breathing any more. This is your baby breath that will make you feel extremely healthy and relaxed all, the time. So take a look and watch what it looks like. Did you notice the sound that comes with that breath? I would like to go into that with you as well.
