Now you will discover how easy it is to feel comfortable, lying on the floor, or the bed or a hard surface, even at the beach. Ok? this is going to be totally new for you. Because when you lie down, I would imagine, you like to relax. so this is going to help you relax and let go. So watch. When I'm lying down, my feet open a little bit wide than my hips. My arms open a little bit wider than my feet and my palms face up. Now to bring my entire body into alignment. We want to lift the head up so you?re looking right through the center of your feet. Now as you roll down, this is very important. You want to roll down, back of the neck on the floor and your head is tilted just a little bit down. What you would like to do here is just give your head a little shake, with chin down. And now, feel what that feels like. I'm sure already you feel nice and relaxed. So in this next clip we will start the breathing.
