And just take notice; how are you breathing? Be aware if your breath is shallow or deep. Meaning, is your breath starting from the chest? Is it starting lower? Is it starting from the throat? Most people are not very aware and they take very short, shallow breaths; like that. Ok, so we want to totally get away from that type of breathing.
