Leg Position for Hatha Yoga Breathing

Now we will be changing the leg movement. Those of you who may be a little uncomfortable sitting this way, so I just wanted to show you alternative ways of sitting. Ok. For those of you who do have some knee problems or leg problems, you may want to just stretch one foot out and sit. Which is totally fine. And at the same time, if you are rounding, we're going to take the fist to the hips, to the floor and again, lift. Ok, so if this is comfortable, this is fine. Now maybe you need to stretch both legs out while we're doing this. and that would be fine as well. So you may want to take both feet out. That feels good doesn't it? Ok, if your sitting too long on the crossed legged position. You can take both feet out. Same thing, sitting rounded, lower back; you want to make a fist, take it behind you, touch your hips, lift up. And here we are. Ready for the next movement.
