Hi! I am Nili Nathan with Great Healing Getaways TV show and website. I write, research and report on holistic health from around the world. Today, I am talking to you about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products at home. We are talking about combining the different essential oils and I am going to show you a recipe for a good post sport rub. This recipe has two drops of lavender, one drop of juniper and rosemary. Juniper helps eliminate lactic acid in the muscle. So the first thing you do is get your carrier oil and which I am using grapeseed for this formula. You want four teaspoons as your base and then you will put two drops of lavender oil...two drops… okay… one drop of rosemary oil, which has a warming effect on the muscles, take one drop… and of course for the post sport rub, we will include our one drop of juniper. Here we go. Mix it and there you have it, just rub it on your body and on your muscles as a post sport rub.
