Blending Aromatherapy Oils for a Nighttime Fragrance

Hi! I am Nili Nathan; I have a TV series and a website greathealinggetaways.com. I write research and report on holistic health from around the world. Today, I am talking to you about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products at home. I am talking about combining oils. Here is a blend or an uplifting formula that you can use at nighttime when you go out at night. You want to use two drops of rosewood, two drops of bergamot and two drops of ylang-ylang and what you do is you start off with our base oil or our carrier oil, which would be six teaspoons of grapeseed oil into a dark brown or dark blue bottle. Then you want to dilute two drops of rosewood, two drops of bergamot and two drops of ylang-ylang and this bottle has a dropper already, which is very nice for this blend because you are going to use it as a fragrance. You shake it up before you go out on the town at night, you can put one or two drops on your pulse points on your wrists for an uplifting aromatherapy blend.
